DeSoto County offers numerous indoor recreation facilities. There are batting cages, mini-golf, go-karts, various size driving range and Animaland at S & H Small Engines and FunZone.

Throughout the county you will find several roller skating rinks, bowling alleys and movie theaters.

Southaven is home to BancorpSouh Sports Center where you can enjoy batting or soccer practice, putt-putt golf, an arcade and snack bar. Also, DeSoto Civic Center is a multi-facet facility which hosts a wide variety of events each year and is home of the Mississippi RiverKings Central Hockey League. Throughout the year concerts, comedy shows, boxing, basketball, and rodeos are held in the arena. DeSoto Family Theatre is also located in DeSoto Civic Center.
