There’s Snowden Grove Park in Southaven, the nation’s largest youth baseball complex, plus Greenbrook Park with eight softball fields. Olive Branch is home to five soccer fields, plus baseball and softball facilities. An additional nine baseball fields, several soccer fields and a skateboard park can be found in Horn Lake. Hernando offers an additional nine playing fields, an equestrian arena and a roller hockey rink.

DeSoto Civic Center

The DeSoto Civic Center is a multi-facet facility capable of hosting a wide variety of events each year. The arena plays host to the Mississippi RiverKings, of the Central Hockey League. Not only is hockey held in the arena, but other sporting events such as boxing, basketball, and rodeos are held throughout the year.

The 53-acre park features baseball and softball fields, an equestrian arena and a roller hockey rink.The Civic Center is home to the Jr. StreetKings roller hockey program, run by the Mississippi RiverKings.

Latimer Lakes Park
The 120-acre park features a nature walking trail, tennis courts, baseball fields, football fields, three lakes, a playground complete with Astro Turf and outdoor skating. The bowl-type skating park, built for skateboards, bicycles and inline skates, covers a half-acre site and features ramps and slide rails.

Snowden Grove Park

Snowden Grove Park is the nation’s largest youth baseball complex. Snowden Grove hosts numerous World Series and other national events because of its many amenities and locale. The 10,000-seat amphitheather hosts many national acts year round. The latest addition to Snowden Grove Park is the Southaven Field of Dreams, a mini complex for handicapped and mentally challenged children and adults. The Field of Dreams provides the opportunity to participate in the great game of baseball in a safe environment.

Greenbrook Softball Complex
